This document describes the Privacy Policy applicable to the website (“www.mo-re.pt“) owned by Extensible Summer LDA and applies to all the personal data processing carried out as a result of the access and use of the Website. We will explain what personal data we process, how and when we obtain and share them as well as the rights you may exercise.

2. What data do we process?

We process the following information about you:

  • Identification data: full name, full ID document, date of birth (age), sex and image.
  • Contact and communication data: phone number, email address and postal address.
  • Banking data: name of the bank, name of the account, account holder(s), currency, IBAN.
  • Service transaction data: services in which the User shows interest, on which we provide legal advice.
  • Browsing data: IP address, domain name, unique device identifier, browser fingerprint, device fingerprint and cookie IDs when you have them set up in your browser.
  • Data regarding money laundering prevention and the financing of terrorism
  • Data available in the social media

 

3. How we collect your data. Data sources

We collect your personal data by different data collection methods:

We collect your personal data when you register and/or sign up as a User of www.mo-re.pt

Please bear in mind that in order to register you must provide all the information marked as “necessary” and may provide the information that is “optional” on a voluntary basis.

Below is the process to sign up and/or register:

Step 1: we will ask your email address.

Step 2: we will ask the necessary details for your registration: name, surnames, ID number, date of birth, place of residence, nationality and subject on which you need

advice. At this point, we will take your device fingerprint and your browser fingerprint via cookies.

Step 3: In order to comply with the current applicable regulations, we will carry out the appropriate checks, as established by the law, in order to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism. To that end, we will carry out internal and external checks through third party services which include checking international money laundering prevention lists.

Step 4: In the section “Join us”, we will ask your name, surnames, ID number, date of birth, place of residence, nationality, CV, academic history, average grade, language skills and, where appropriate, other merits. At this point, we will take your device fingerprint and your browser fingerprint via cookies once again.

  • Even if you have not registered as a User of EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA, through your requests for information, by any means, and/or through any other action your carry out at www.mo-re.pt which involves the provision of Personal Data.

5. Who we share your personal data with and international transfers.

According to what has been stated in paragraph 4 above, your express consent will be necessary to process your personal data for general direct marketing purposes and to transfer your data to our business and/or commercial partners for direct marketing purposes, which, if granted, can be withdrawn at any time.

If, at any time, you decide not to receive any commercial or promotional information from us, you can choose not to participate in any direct marketing campaign, free of charge and without having to give any reason, and object to the future processing of your personal data to that end by sending an email to monica@mo-re.pt or reyes@mo-re.pt, stating “opt-out” as the subject of your email. Otherwise, you can use the voluntary exclusion procedure that is provided in any promotional message you receive from us.

Please bear in mind that choosing not to receive promotional messages from us will not prevent you receiving information regarding any agreement you may have concluded with us.

Your consent will also be necessary, as stated in paragraph 4 above, to use your data collected through non-mandatory cookies according to what is set out in the Cookie Policy. It will be obtained, where appropriate, through the Cookie banner on the Website Home page and/or through the Cookie Settings.

 

7. How long will EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA keep the data?

Your personal data will be kept for as long as it is strictly necessary for the purposes of the processing for which they have been provided and, in any case, in accordance with the data minimization principle provided for in the applicable regulations.

If you are a user of EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA, your data will be kept for the duration of your commercial relationship with EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA and, from the time you exercise the right to cancel your data or deregister, your data will be kept blocked only for the purpose of dealing with the legal liabilities that may derive from the services provided for a period of five years and ten years in the case of keeping personal data to comply with money laundering prevention regulations.

 

8. How can I exercise my rights?

You can (i) send a writ to EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA, to the address stated at the heading of this Privacy Policy, (ii) access your User area on the Website; or (iii) send an email to the addresses monica@mo-re.ptreyes@mo-re.pt, attaching a photocopy of your ID document, at any time and free of charge, so as to:

  • Obtain confirmation regarding whether your personal data are being processed at EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA.

  • Request the removal of your data when, amongst other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

  • Request the portability of the data in those cases provided for in the regulations.

9. Changes in the Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal changes and needs, as well as improvements and changes included in the way of offering and providing our services and utility applications. Therefore, we recommend you to visit and access our Privacy Policy regularly, so as to have access and learn about the latest changes which may have been made.

If those changes are related to the consent given by the User, we will send you a separate notice so as to request it again.

 

10. Use of blockchain

The investment of the available cryptoassets made through the Website will be registered in the appropriate public blockchain. Public blockchains operate as accounting ledgers, devised to immutably record transactions in computer networks. Many of these public blockchains enable forensic analysis which may lead to de-anonymization and involuntary disclosure of private financial information, especially when the data in the blockchain are combined with other data.

As blockchains are decentralized or third-party networks that are not controlled or operated by EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA, we cannot erase, modify or alter the personal data that are recorded in Blockchain for the provision of the service.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. Commercial relations

The General Conditions govern the commercial relations between EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA and the customer. Any award of services or acceptance of an invoice presupposes the knowledge and acceptance of the general conditions by the customer.

 

  1. Budget 

The budgeted services are described in the Proposal according to customer’s request and the identification of the respective cost. VAT at the legal rate in force shall be added to the value/price of the service included in the budget. The acceptance of the Proposal/Budget by the customer should be communicated in writing.

 

  1. Timeframes and Deliveries 

The services to be performed by EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA will be delivered within the period stipulated in the Proposal. EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA reserves the right to select the means by which the service shall be delivered to the customer, namely, via email, fax, post, personal delivery, courier or other.

 

  1. Payments  

The service requested by the customer will be subject to an initial payment of 50% of the total amount budgeted and contained in the Proposal, which will be paid by the customer at the time-of-service awarding. The remaining 50% of the total budgeted value will be paid by the customer on the date of delivery of the service. If the payment is not made by the customer on the respective dates, interest will be added at the highest legal rate. The customer should always send a copy of the proof of payment via email, fax or other.

 

  1. Complaints 

Any complaint that the customer intends to make regarding the service provided by EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA should be made in writing, within a maximum of 5 (five) days after the service has been carried out. After this period, the customer tacitly accepts that the service has been provided without any anomaly, imperfection, or incorrectness.

 

  1. Liability 

EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA shall not be liable for the non-fulfilment of any of its contractual obligations if impeding circumstances beyond its control occur and until these have been overcome.

 

  1. Confidentiality 

All documents sent by the customer are considered confidential.

 

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Portuguese law shall apply to issues that are not regulated in these general conditions. In the event of a dispute, EXTENSIBLE SUMMER LDA and the Customer agree that the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cascais District Court shall be applied, with express waiver of any other.
