We’ll walk you through every step: best areas to invest, price guidelines, house hunting, negotiation with the sellers, all the networking with the mortgage, brokers, interior designers, inspectors, negotiation with the sellers… The list goes on and on and we´ll help you all the way through the whole process!
This package is for those who want to find a home in Portugal but don’t know where to start. What’s included?
Firstly, all of the Welcome Package. Also, you’ll get to see 6-18 houses (depending on your needs), we’ll negotiate the lease conditions, manage utilities, make sure all is perfect for when you receive your keys, and that the contract is correct and ready to go. Three days of finding the home of your dreams.
We will walk with you through every step so that moving to another country is nothing but overwhelming. You focus on enjoying this amazing country. Leave the rest to us.
Need help with everything else? We know the drill, we’ve been there! Opening a new bank account in a foreign country, buying or renting a car, looking for the best school options for your children, finding a gardener or a nanny, etc. And don’t get us started with dental and healthcare!
